Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide support in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and other documentation.
- Conduct market research to improve recruitment strategies and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interest in human resource management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in HR (via coursework, projects, or internships) is a plus but not mandatory.
