HR Executive Intern

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Stipend: Unpaid (Certificate of Completion and Experience Letter Provided)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide support in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and other documentation.
  • Conduct market research to improve recruitment strategies and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong interest in human resource management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience in HR (via coursework, projects, or internships) is a plus but not mandatory.
